About LeADERS

Old Dominion University's LeADERS Program is a graduation distinction awarded to students who complete multiple high-impact learning experiences both within and out a classroom. The purpose for this program is to encourage students in participating in experiential learning opportunities. Along with applying the learning experiences, the LeADERS program requires an e-Portfolio to record and highlight the professional and developmental growth from the program to showcase students skills, knowledge, and experiences during their college career.

The areas I have completed include leadership, applied work-based learning experience, diversity, entrepreneurship, and research. These ares will be reflected upon through my e-Portfolio and how it will shape and influence my future in marketing. The courses applied to the LeADERS program have allowed me to think critically and apply my knowledge from each course in my academic and professional ventures.
