3- Day Startup

3-Day Start up is a free experimental weekend training event that introduces entrepreneurship methods to people wishing to make changes in the world around them. The programs impact included providing workshops & bootcamps, inclusive ecosystem building, skill & impact measurements, and design challenges to name a few that were very evident while participating.

The event was held at the ODU Strome Entrepreneurial Center (SEC) from Friday to Sunday where I learned methods such as the Value Proposition Canvas which helps in the process of customer discovery. On Sunday, the groups were able to present our businesses that focus on technology solutions to solve problems. The event was interactive and fast paced, with the focus being on building strong foundations for young entrepreneurs.

I was a Student Ambassador at the SEC and I was able to help in the process of getting the 3-Day Startups organized and hosted. Along with participating I was able to gain insight in program organizing and development at our center.
